What do I need to get started?
Just a clear, front-facing photograph of your loved one and a few minutes to fill out our memorial form. The better the photo quality, the more detailed and accurate the sculpture will be.
How long does the process take?
The full process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current production volume. The digital design stage usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, especially when incorporating meaningful symbols and personal details. Once approved, production usually takes an additional 1 to 2 weeks. Because each memorial is deeply personalized and created with exceptional care, we currently recommend allowing 4 to 8 weeks from start to finish.
Can I see the design before it's made?
Absolutely — and this is something we're very proud of. You will receive a full 3D render of your memorial for review and approval before we ever begin crafting. We make revisions until you're completely at peace with it.
Do you create memorials for pets?
Yes. Our Custom Pet Memorial Urn is one of our most beloved pieces. We treat pet memorials with the exact same care and artistry as human ones. Your companion deserves to be honored just as beautifully.
